Terriya in Chaos

Terriya has become a storm of chaos, with the Fall of Olspher, the rise of "The Pact", the decadence of foreign governments, and the sandstorms of Talem.

In a final act of paranoia, the Elysian Master Council has dispatched it's finest diplomat and council-member, Simon Loyale, to all of the countries of the world to request a single person be contributed to a team of international paragons. A team that, they hope, may restore balance to a broken world.

The following is an RP of his sojourns in each nation as he attempts to recruit the brave men and women for this team. Simon has already communicated with Olspher's old government and as soon as a person is found there, he will attempt to leave with his life.

Note: This will require interaction with the respective RPers of each nation, one after the next; you'll know when it's appropriate to comment. Also, don't be surprised when it takes me a week to post anything.
