The Festival of Music

After being postponed for many months due to the raging civil war in Cerebril, the Elysian Festival of Music has returned to Terriya!

Millions of musicians gather to share their works for respect, appreciation, and billions of fans . The greatest musicians of Terriya will perform for all, with the nations themselves as judges!

Rules:

• You may submit a song of any genre and from any existing artist with the understanding that you must give credit to the original artist out of context. _{You will be expected to invent a fictional artist for each song you submit to the festival, as an artist may only enter with a single song.}
  

• The process of voting includes a clearly written post of the names of the songs you are voting for, and the number of times you are voting for them. _{There will be no poll.}
  

• You may post up to 4 songs and will receive one vote, plus another vote for each submission. (e.g. 3 votes for 2 songs). _{This is in order to balance power in a way that those who share the most with the other nations are rewarded the most for their contributions.}

• You may only vote for a song you submitted once _{(not voting once for each)}, plus half a vote per submission. (e.g. 3 votes maximum for 4 submissions) _{You may vote for a song as many times as you are able.}
