((I know the title is just so exiting and has you on the edge of your seat doesn't it?))
Olspher
Olspher recognizes itself and Elysium as the leaders of higher education within the region of Terriya. We would like to therefor open up talks with Elysium and keep them updated, as they might keep us updated on current academic events. With cooperation we may be able to improve the systems of both our countries.
Jack Nicolas ~ Minister of Education
((Here will be a place where Olspher and Elysium can attempt to better improve their educational systems through cooperation and debate. Also where the two nations can post their most recent academic achievements .))

Olspher
The air is slightly warm and seems to vibrate with the grand opening of the small "Trilton Collage for Advanced Cartography" or TCAC. Students watch filled to the brim with excitement and elation. This is the first school of cartography in Olspher since the famous "Cartographers Age" that flourished under the scholarly Philosopher King Septimus I. Jack Nicolas, The Minister of Education in Olspher, as well as the father of this much esteemed project stood proudly and happily by the school as speeches were made about a new age of a much older art and the coming of a great second age of cartography. Jack was no so sure he had as grand plans as some of the new professors at this school he strived so hard to bring into being! Though he certainly wanted to it to succeed and remain a portal into the past until Olspher fell or until eternity. At present the beginning ceremony was over and Jack was inclined to give an exclusive tour of the school to one of the members of the Wisdom Council (Erik Gallien, famous for not especially adhering to the ancient customs that held the Wisdom Council in Soulsar for most of their time. Stating indignantly "how in the world am I supposed to make decisions about my country If do not even know it's people!"). After a pleasant conversation about happenings in the Wisdom Council and a quick walk around the school Jack left the Council member in the library after he had immediately sat down and started reading something fervently as soon as they entered. "And so, a new age of thinking besets* itself upon us" thought Jack Nicolas, and he smiled.
*This was used in a joking manner by Jack Nicholas, if you think it doesn't work that will, please tell me and I will think up some new word to replace it.

In light of the current skirmish with Cerebril, Murkan Burk and his supporters have thrown out the idea of opening a new military school to help spread the "Wisdom the the battlefield". It is highly likely that when the skirmish is brought to a definite close plan's for such an endeavor will be drawn up. However the question of where, and on on what scale the school will be constructed is still yet to be resolved.

Update: [The previously mentioned military school is still being planned] but due to the fast changing politics of Neil Taltos it seems it will be on a much smaller scale then anticipated. The most likely location will be a fairly secluded town by the name of Onclu in Norther Olspher, to the East of the Caster Mountains. There is also talk that it will become the new central feeder school for the training of the OSF, or even possibly the OIA which does not currently have any feeding schools attributed to it.
