I was surfing Wikipedia and a quote by Friedrich Engels struck me, something tells me Jalorn will like this one.
“ The philosophers have only interpreted the world in various ways—the point however is to change it ”

"I went to the woods because I wished to live deliberately, to front only the essential facts of life, and see if I could not learn what they had to teach, and not, when I came to die, discover that I had not lived."
~ Ralph Waldo Emerson
(btw that was completely from memory; I last saw that quote 4 months ago)

There is an astronomer lecturing how the world orbits the sun and how the sun orbits the center of the galaxy and stuff then a women says:
"What you have told us is rubbish. The world is really a flat plate supported on the back of a giant tortoise". The scientist then asked "What's the tortoise standing on?" and the woman replied "You're very clever, young man, very clever! But it's turtles all the way down!."
also, "YOU MUST CUT DOWN THE MIGHTIEST TREE IN THE FOREST... WIIIIIIIITH... A HERRING!"
