Form of Government: Democratic Monarchy
Government Structure: The Kings rule is decided by choices given by 25 wise men and 25 tacticians. If the matter is considered a matter in which the people should decide by these men it may be voted on by the people, the king has no say in theses matters. Yoitsu has absolute power the three sub nations use their own goverments and simply pass descisions by Yoitsu

History: The nation was originally divided into three smaller nations Utagah of desert, Mai’ taela of the forest, and Baratae of the sea. Utagah a war faring nation had been attempted to attack Mai’teala for years though the people had kept the towns hidden for years Baratae had also been attempting the same from the other side of the forest eventually the two nations solders eventually met mistaking each other for the enemy the two attacked and war broke out in the forests. The Mai’taela sabotaged both nations, in order to put a stop to these stealth attacks the Utagah attempted to burn down the forest they succeed in burning down a large portion creating the Tae’yae plains. After seeing this destruction the nomadic people Kai’ae who constantly traveled thorough these nations grouped together to form an army under Talem. Though there numbers and arms were limited they stop the war threw coupe d’etats. Instead of killing or dethroning the ruler Talem offered them a peace treaty unifying the three nations under his watch. He later earned the title Kaine after the beats who are the only known predators to show mercy. His ancestors know sit on the nations thrown in Yoitsu the Kae’ae’s only known town located in the cold north
