Government Structure:The six Dukes hold enormous power, and are usually left to their own devices, but if one steps too far out of line, the ever watching Emperor will restore order at all costs.

Economic SystemCapitalism, but Corporations(i.e. has more than one person or nuclear family in charge) are illegal.

Culture:Cerebril has a rigid class system, which is not usually broken or challenged. A common greeting is Hail the Emperor, to which is returned May he reign in glory.
Geography:Permafrost and Shelf Ice in the North. Jotun Mountains in the South are frozen on Northern side but Tundra on Southern side. Hills near Carin are Taiga. The Sea and Pack Ice surrounding the North pole also belong to Cerebril, as well as the Pole itself.
Religion:Cerebrilianism, also called Holy Bloodline, is a sect of Christianity, that believes that the Emperor is a direct descendant of Joseph of Arimathea, and thus his body and blood houses the spirit of the Lord.
History: At year 1 FA the Iscari Republic was overthrown after yerars of turmoil by Emperor Uriel I, with the support of the powerful mining Families, which later become the Dukes. In year 3016, Emperor Dominican I came to power, he started the building of Cerebril's Navy, and explored much of the world, even being the first one to discover that the world was round. Today, they have the largest Navy in the modern world.
