Help Wanted: Mods and Admins!

Ok, so here's the deal: I need another Admin, starting very soon I simply will not have enough time to keep this site running completly on my own. I would like to expand the community a bit and get some more RPs going, but I can't really put my heart into doing that until I'm sure I can keep it that way. So now I'm looking to YOU, yes YOU for help. That means all new members, old members, random people who happen to stumble upon this comment, even if you can offer the smallest of expertise I can install you as a Moderator if nothing else. I want to start building up a team to help maintain the site, hopefully as this team grows so will the community.


Otherwise I'm looking for the following qualifications for Admin:

• I need a peoples person, someone who is associated with other RP sites and can help grow the community and get us more affiliates.
  
  
• I need someone with basic if not comprehensive experience with coding or something of the like to help improve the site itself.
  
  
• I need someone who is more or less willing to help maintain order on the site.
  
  

If you fit one of these descriptions then please tell me, if you fit two or more of these and or think you are completly up for it, then try for Admin!

Please remember that these are not the only things that I will be considering when selecting Moderators and Admins. There are many other factors that will go into selection, a simple example may be someone who is part of numerous RP sites and is a great coder, but I have noticed never comes on the site and shows no sign of changing that. This is why I will most likely have trial periods and reserve the right to remove any Moderator from power at any time. Obviously it will be a more complex affair with any new Admin, trail periods will most likely be longer in those cases. For now however, I'm looking for one Admin only.

While usually I would jump at the sight of pow- I mean responsibility, I must say: there are only 4 or 5 active members here tops. I really don't see the need for a team of moderators, or even another administrator.

Maybe assign a moderator to help on the side, but until the administration actually has something to administrate I suggest holding off a bit. I understand that you will personally be busy, but I think adding another admin would only add to your suffering. I think a moderator would do the trick.

Since that's my suggestion I suppose I should volunteer to help out or risk sounding hypocritical in some fashion.

*shrugs shoulders* I guess I had high expectations, I think to much in the future I suppose. You are right, a mod would do the trick, and I will get back to you an exactly what I would want said mod to do. This place however is here waiting for when it is needed, and for any and all wishing to help out more with the site!
